Book of Days

I took this picture Sunday morning from our backyard. (And no that is not my thumb, it is part of our roof lol)

At lunchtime today Joshua and I will be on one of those big birds in the sky heading “home”! It will be our first visit back home since we moved six years ago. We are the only ones in the family that haven’t been back yet. We will more than make up for it during our eight day stay lol. We will enjoy all our hometown favorites from Skyline chili and Graeter’s Ice Cream to Downtown Cincinnati with Carew Tower and a Cincinnati Red’s game. We are even going to visit a very special place, The Cincinnati Zoo. When Josh was younger we went at least once a week if not more. I always told him it was his home away from home :)

Thanks so much for all the wonderful comments on the sunflower “field”. I will answer them when I come back. Hope everyone has a great week whether they are visiting “back home”, vacationing in a new place or just enjoying their own homes.
