It’s Hot, Hot, Hot!

My husband and son both work outdoors in construction and said by 9 am this morning the temperature was reading 109 degrees. When I was on my blog a little while ago, my weather pixie listed a temp of 117 for us and she is now at 115. Yes we do live in the desert… yes these are our hottest months….yes it has been hotter than the supposed “average” since we moved here 6 years ago…and no, unfortunately I will never get used to THIS hot but am VERY grateful for our AC. Even our resident desert cottontail thinks this heat is for the…..well …. NOT even desert bunnies!
